Service Terms & Responsibilities

Thank you for choosing Scallywag Scoopers. We’re honored to help keep your yard clean for you and your furry family member! Please review the following terms to ensure a smooth and positive experience:

• Yard Access & Pet Updates:
• Clients are responsible for maintaining safe and unobstructed access to the yard. If we’re unable to complete a scheduled cleanup due to locked gates, blocked entrances, or other access issues, that visit will still be charged.
• Please notify us promptly of any changes in the number of pets, as this may affect service time and scheduling.
• Weather & Rescheduling:
• Severe weather conditions may make it unsafe or impractical to perform cleanups. In such cases, service will be rescheduled as soon as conditions permit.
• Pausing Service:
• If your pets will not be using the yard for an extended period (such as during travel or illness) and you’d prefer to pause service, please let us know in advance to avoid unnecessary visits.
• Aggressive Dog Policy:
• The safety of our team members is a top priority. If a dog on the property displays aggressive behavior or bites one of our staff, service may be suspended or canceled immediately. Any medical expenses resulting from the incident will be the responsibility of the dog owner.
• Property & Liability:
• While we take great care during every visit, Scallywag Scoopers is not liable for damages to lawns, gates, pets, or other property during the course of service.
• Fees & Promotions:
• Service rates and promotional offers are subject to change. In the event of any changes, clients will be notified at least two (2) weeks in advance.
• Cancellation:
• Either party may cancel service at any time with written notice.
